Account deletion

Account deletion requires identity verification to protect your account and records.

  1. Sign in to WiseHer and open My.
  2. Open data and account deletion, and review the scope and effects.
  3. Verify your identity, submit your request and check its status.

Can’t access the app? Contact support. Submitting a support request does not delete your account.

Account support
